‘Wrap yourself in Kindness’

Kindness Quilt

Mr Webb’s Bedroom

21st October 23 to the 5th November 23

The Kindness Quilt was developed by children in Nottingham schools to celebrate Nottingham City Council’s RSE (Relationships and Sex Education) day 2023 and Nottingham Year of Stories.

The artist, Rebekah Johnston, supported teachers to work creatively with their pupils around the theme of, ‘Let’s Launch into Kindness’.  Each quilt square represents thoughts and feelings about kindness.  By scanning the QR codes you can listen to Nottingham children sharing their kindness stories.

Thanks to our partners, ChalleNGe Nottingham, Nottingham Primary Parliament, Read On Nottingham, Nottingham City Libraries, and Newstead Abbey.
