Prepare to delve into the world of the paranormal at Newstead Abbey…
Join us for an evening with Barrie John, Multi Award Winning TV Psychic Medium, Paranormal Investigator, Presenter, Broadcaster, Professional Public Speaker and Columnist, with over 35 years’ experience.
You will meet at 7 pm for an immersive evening behind the scenes of Newstead Abbey’s Historic House, to uncover where resident ghosts reside, and seek to connect with the spiritual realm. You will explore the Victorian Kitchen, the Great Hall & Byron’s Dining Room, Wicked Lords Bedroom & East Gallery and Nursery Attics with night-time vigils throughout the darkened Historic House.
There will be drink refreshments (tea / coffee) during the event and it is expected to run until late – guests are expected to be away by midnight!

Planning your visit to Newstead Abbey?
Please note, as it is a Historic House, Newstead Abbey does not have lift facilities and there is stepped access throughout. The tour runs throughout the house, therefore wearing comfortable footwear is recommended.
This tour is recommended for visitors over 18 years. Anyone attending under 18 years would need to be under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian, and the tour would continue to operate as an adult audience.
